Cranberry, Clap Your Hands!

Cranberry, clap your hands; The sun has come to play! The birds are chortling in their bands, The bees buzz on their way. * Cranberry, lift your eyes; An Artist’s touch is seen Wherever light lands on the skies Or gives a leaf green sheen. * Cranberry, feel sun’s smile; Its warmth can comfort you,…

Cranberry, clap your hands;

The sun has come to play!

The birds are chortling in their bands,

The bees buzz on their way.

*

Cranberry, lift your eyes;

An Artist’s touch is seen

Wherever light lands on the skies

Or gives a leaf green sheen.

*

Cranberry, feel sun’s smile;

Its warmth can comfort you,

Its rays can dry the tears you’ve cried

And make your soul feel new.

*

Cranberry, clap your hands;

The sun has come to play!

The birds are chortling in their bands,

The bees buzz on their way.

“You will live in joy and peace.  The mountains and hills will burst into song, and the trees of the field will clap their hands!”  Isaiah 55:12 NLT

    We used to go picking wild low-bush cranberries. They were a treat at Christmas when we used them for the cranberry sauce. You bring back so many great memories.

      Great! It is good once in a while to look back, to connect here and now to what was.

    You’ve got so much imagination and an eye for details, to spot all this little “scenes” in your garden 🙂
