Dreams

Dreams etched in billows on turbulent seas, Clouds tossed on wave-tips by tropical breeze; Restless romantic, a sailor’s delight, Blow me blue kisses, with laces tied tight.

Oh WOW, oh WOW, Melody–Wow-Wonderful! I’ve been mentally working on something similar, but hadn’t gotten anything down on paper yet. Hmm–maybe I’ll scrap that plan. God bless you abundantly–love, Caddo

Maybe it will take you in a new direction – I don’t think we poets should ever ‘scrap’ anything, do you? 🙂

You’re so right–WHAT was I thinking?? My brain must be in a flurry for tomorrow.

🙂 Is it all that ‘virtual baking’? 😀

      3. Caddo Veil

Yes, Ma’am!! Although there’s nothing “virtual” about the house cleaning I need to do–maybe I could attack that now, since I got my Full Moon poem finished…where’s that maid I thought I hired, anyway??

      4. melodylowes

Did the Full Moon get her?

Coming up fast and furious–between 29th & 30th–I’m READY. PS–I did manage to vacuum and dust–sweating like a farm animal, but feel good to cross that off the list. Party On!!

Drat that missing-in-action amid of yours! 🙂

Drat that missing-in-action maid of yours! 🙂

Must be because I “forgot” to mail the check…

*snort* But seriously – wouldn’t a maid be lovely?

      10. Caddo Veil

Well, I always THINK it would–but I’m so “crazy” that I’m not sure it would work. She might just be underfoot–and nosey!

Would you feel as though you needed to ‘tidy up’ before she came?

I love how you paint with words and leave works of art that dance across my imagination

That comment sounds like poetry – love it! 🙂
