Wobbly weevil on a leaf,
Do you have a care?
Do your many knee-joints ache
When change is in the air?
Do you tire of all the hassle
Of bending down to pray?
Wobbly weevil, do you wish
You had less legs to shave?

I never thought I would say that but I think the little bug is really cute. I’m I as strange as I sound? I think I am 🙂
I don’t like bugs as a rule but this one made me think of writing a poem – I thought it makes a nice break from the flowers, for a change. So I know what you mean! 🙂
I love the color. It looks like an old piece of copper.
Isn’t he unusual? I have this image of him kneeling on arthritic legs on a prayer-bench in an old orthodox church. He would match the ancient copper bell in the tower! 🙂
What are your thoughts?
