Hope has a way of lying in wait,
a covert operation,
disguised under fallen circumstances,
accumulation of littered dreams.
Just when the next step seems impossible,
the breath of heaven stirs,
tantalizing waft,
and there it is –
a glimmer,
a hint,
a whispered nuance;
Hope
underfoot.
Cool Image!
Thank you!

On Canadian Thanksgiving, we give thanks and await, with hope, for the next moment of thankfulness.
This is heartwarming and my favorite for today. People perish without hope – yet can endure such intense suffering with it.

Thank you Wendy!!
This is SO, So Wonderful, Melody! I like “covert operation”–Agent Quicksilver, you know… I need to go back and find that other photo of yours–you have really cool stones in your garden! God bless you–love, Caddo
I thought of Agent Quicksilver, too! 🙂 These are tiny stones imbedded in a home made paving stone – I never knew what lovely lessons were waiting for me down there!!
WOW!
This one is really dear, Melody! Thank you for keeping the poetry and our lessons coming!
Thanks Debbie. I was so excited to ‘find’ these forgotten pebbles, and realize the beautiful way they could teach us about life. Fun!
Lovely
