When Faith Fails

When faith fails, it falls to earth, a stone-cold thing of hidden worth; entrenched in snow, it slowly dies, a frozen gem in lowly guise.

When faith fails,

it falls to earth,

a stone-cold thing

of hidden worth;

entrenched in snow,

it slowly dies,

a frozen gem

in lowly guise.

    Beautiful and sad. We need to remember that we only need to have faith the size of a mustard seed and not give up!

      There is much heartbreak in the world – perhaps downtrodden faith is a part of all that? Thanks Caddo…

        I think it is, Melody–there were years when my faith was pretty dang raggedy, and truly I don’t know how it survived at all. But then, I can’t explain how I survived either–except for Jesus.
