Makes my mouth water thinking about it. Oddly enough, it makes my mouth feel sticky with the thought of the texture as well 😉

No licking any yellow snow – a little tip from me. 🙂

        Ugh! (I guess I started this, didn’t I?) 😉

Beautiful! And it always was good enough to eat!

      Thank you! (Don’t eat yellow snow – a tip from me…) 🙂

  3. The right mood

Love it! first day of snow in my place too 🙂

We’ve had snow for well over a month already – and more last night over a layer of frozen rain, so the roads are treacherous today…. 😦 Do you get much snow there?

    A sweet post! 🙂

    1. melodylowes

      1. RoSy

        Even better!

  5. lylekrahn

So true! It’s been too long since I’ve sampled snow.

    1. melodylowes

Have you gotten this latest snowfall?? It started last night and has been going on and off since…

      1. lylekrahn

Absolutely. Saskatoon got a lot of snow and the side streets are still an adventure without four-wheel drive. Which part of the province do you live?

      2. melodylowes

East of Humboldt – I heard that north of us got three times what we did…

Melody, I always like a poem that appears simple, yet had many facets and meanings. Well done! And my corgis say that they like the yellow snow the best! 😉

    1. melodylowes

      They would… 🙂

        But of course!!

I marvel at your ability to see snow in a whole new way! I just wish it would disapear as fast as the cotton candy would at my house

🙂 I find my gardener’s heart thinking that way, too. I am trying not to indulge it too much, and focus on what is beautiful about the snow, so I don’t just live frozen all winter! A day-to-day practice, with some days much more successful than others, I’m afriad… 🙂
