Snowflake Reverie

snowyday

Swirling, twirling, falling snow,

lazy, hazy, drifting slow,

greeting earth with curtsy low,

snowflakes floating free.

Drifting, sifting, baker’s ice,

lofting, wafting, bridal rice,

painting earth with cool advice,

snowflake reverie.

It actually wasn’t too cold this time – I was out without a jacket to catch these, so it was very comfortable – and lovely to see! It warmed up here over 20 degrees Celsius over 8-10 hours – strange for this time of year, but we’ll take it! πŸ™‚
