      Why, thank you! 🙂

Great painting. Is this near your home?

    1. melodylowes

It’s rather a composite of places – but we do live near a creek, and it’s one of my favourite spots! Thanks Rob.

        It looks beautiful and tranquil.

I loved “canvas runs with melting snow” ! Wonderful poem, Melody .. and the painting is wonderful too. Did you paint it?

    1. melodylowes

Yep. I haven’t done much painting at all for a few years now – no inclination. The desire is starting to come back – I take that as a good sign!

Nice image. Did you paint that or is that an effect on a photo?

    1. melodylowes

This one is a watercolour I did a few years ago – I sure haven’t painted much in the last couple.

    You paint too? WOW.

    1. melodylowes

Yep. This is a few years old – I haven’t done a lot in the past few years. I teach an art club at school and they are MUCH more productive than I am! 🙂

There’s just no end to your gifts/talents–but I think I’ll save my energy, and not get envious. That painting is really lovely–do you have more, and do you sell them??

      2. melodylowes

        I have a few – I haven’t ever sold any, I just give them as gifts….

Melody, is this a photo or a painting? It’s beautiful! Hope Spring arrives there soon.

    1. melodylowes

      It’s a watercolor I did a few years ago – Thanks, Madilyn!
