  1. Dogs are fascinating. Each with their own personality, but all of them loyal and generous.

If you remove the drool, piles of poop unexpectedly underfoot, and the barking at 3 a.m. – yeah, really nice! πŸ™‚

“Bahaha!” Those are the reasons, plus lack of room, and significant expenses–and last but not least, dog breath. I don’t have pet friends–I have enough trouble managing the human relationships.

makes me miss my loyal friend 😦

    A wonderful companion to have!
Nice to meet her. What’s her name?

‘Smudge’. Long story short – a dog we inherited was named ‘Pudge’. Her successor was named ‘Fudge’ by our kids when they were little. Hence ‘Smudge’. We’re thinking that this is now a family tradition to be kept at all costs. The next one HAS to be ‘Grudge’. πŸ˜€

She looks like a wonderful companion! Our dog passed away quite a few years ago . .. and we didn’t get another. But we miss her often times!

  8. Melody, what a hero your dog looks and sounds like! My little guy is sprawled out on the sofa beside me. He is not very intimidating… ( don’t tell him I said that). πŸ˜‰
