Oh, this takes me back to some “imagined” time….food for my novel-writing!
How is that going? Do you keep track of word count?
It’s going fine, other than slow (I already want to be done). No, I’m not really thinking about word count as much as pages–but since you’re the 2nd person to ask about that, maybe I should be…
I just know from other bloggers when they post how many words they wrote that day. What do I know? Although, I’m thinking that I will pull a book-length selection of poetry together to have ready just -in-case – I’d like to go the traditional route this go round. AND I want to begin a novel, but that scares the jeebies out of me. If jeebies are something that can be scared out…
I just hit the wrong key and everything disappeared–aaack! Since I’m not doing the book with publishing/selling in mind, I’m not concerned about those things. If that were my goal, I’d definitely being running and hiding from the Jeebies. Glad you’re going for a poetry collection, Mel–yaaaayyyyy!
But no hard copies – and almost 1000 to sift through? Jeebies all the way…
