Excellent. Fascinating photo–is that a blue door, and if so, to where?

    1. melodylowes

Don’t know where the blue door goes to – only know that this is a quaint little spot in a village in Croatia. Went there several years ago with my sister for my first and only trip to Europe. LOVED every minute…

  2. Eric

    1. melodylowes

      hehe Why not?

  4. roughseasinthemed

    A European picture perhaps?

    1. melodylowes

Yep! This is in a little Croatian village. My sister bought property there, and I tagged along a few years ago for my first European tour – loved every minute of it!

Thanks very much. There are so many things to delight the senses in Europe – I’m itching for another journey…

  6. Heidi Viars

Did you take that photo? Looks like Europe… southern Italy or France perhaps?

    1. melodylowes

Croatia – my sister has purchased a beautiful little property there, so I went a few years ago to visit. Loved it!

      Thanks Peter! 🙂

  8. Debbie

Love this little poem matched with the photo, that gets me thinking about the stones crying out! Thanks Melody!

    1. melodylowes

I was actually thinking about Jesus’ words about the stones crying out – thanks Debbie!

  9. Rum Punch Drunk

What a beautiful picture Melody. I’m sure that street has so much interesting history to it.Those stones could tell such stories. I’d love to go there one day. Croatia is supposed to be a real stunning place but it doesn’t get publicized enough.

It is absolutely fascinating! I loved the people, who were so laid back and friendly, and the scenery and history is so amazing.

  10. Esssellle – Swati Lahiri

Such a thought provoking photograph – yes we tread on so many things in life – yet we do not know how and what they would tell us in return if at all they could ! Thank you very much !

    1. melodylowes

      Very true. Thank you Swati!
