I tell my students what a delight dandelion salad, fiddle heads, and puff balls (picked at the right time) are for some people. There are still some families that get this, but not many. Nature provides in so many ways.
Indeed! Nutritious and delicious!
Makes me hungry! There is nothing like the fresh greens from the garden…preferably your own … but Farmers’ Market will do in a pinch.
Definitely! We can’t all grow our own food, and when others do it for us, it is a blessing! But I especially love a table filled with produce from my own garden plot – the enjoyment adds a special ‘flavour’ somehow!
For a salad fan like me, this beautiful picture makes me drool.Then again, I’m weird 🙂
