Time to rest from summer’s labours,
take a break from fall’s endeavours,
time to count the blessings piled
like snowflakes on a sunny dial.
Time draws seasons to a close,
springtime’s poems, winter’s prose;
time plants fresh ones, seeds of grace,
each has beauty, each a place.
This is a wonderful one, Melody–restful, which I’m so appreciative of after the past 5 days.
Restful is good. How are your boys doing?
Resting up–“we’ll” be in Madison Square Gardens the first weekend in January, to start the new season with a bang!
I love the message in this one and how well it flows! You are helping me to embrace each season… “each has beauty, each a place”
Blessings ~ Wendy
Thanks Wendy!
The snow is making me cccccold. Do you actually already have snowfall where you are at? Brrrr…
These are real-time, I’m afraid… the ground is already freezing up, with daytime temps below zero. Way too soon for me!! Brrrr indeed…
I shiver at the thought of that.
Stay warm 🙂
Now it’s raining and MUCKY – blech!
This one is super good!!! It blessed me, thinking about a purpose for each season! God bless you, Melody!
Thank you Debbie!
