Twinkle, Twinkle, Fallen Snow

Twinkle, twinkle, fallen snow, ignite the world with frosty glow; diamonds glint like glitter-stars, a mine of jewels from afar.

Twinkle, twinkle, fallen snow,

ignite the world with frosty glow;

diamonds glint like glitter-stars,

a mine of jewels from afar.

This would make a lovely lullaby, especially for my older one who loves the snow.

A bit of a childhood feel, isn’t it? Thank you! 🙂

    Wow-Wonderful photo and verse–magical, enchanting!

I wish I could transport you here just for a bit to see what this magical land looks like – before the wind blows it all away and the salt trucks wreck everything… 🙂

I get to enjoy it vicariously through your fab photos, Melody–I see me falling down up there, and you having to call out the big machinery to get me up and mobile again–big laughs all ’round!!

‘Help, I’ve fallen in Melody’s garden, and I can’t get up” style? That’s an old classic up here… *snort*

      3. Caddo Veil

At least that bad, and funny! Very snort-worthy, I promise!

      4. melodylowes

        \I could use a good snort or three… 🙂

You want ’em with alcohol, or not??

      6. melodylowes

Now you stop that – I’m bound to have an aneurysm or something! 🙂

Snorting with laughter, here–I’m sorry (not), I’m just a wild child in my mind, sometimes. Hey, I just made a pot of split pea soup with cut up Summer Sausage in it–want some? I’m gonna go have a blog-rest and eat some nourishment (finish off the pineapple I wrote about–it is so good, I think I could live on fresh pineapple..). Then, I’ll think about putting the flannel sheets on the bed…yawn.

Oooh, flannel sheets! My winter favourite! 🙂
