You must have fought those inner demons, too, hmmm??
Mmhmm–and occasionally one or two, or three sneak back. I don’t know if this will be useful to you, but earlier in the year, I bought a rubber mallet–8 oz or something, not too cumbersome to wield but substantial heft–it’s my “official Caddo-approved devil whacker”. And that is exactly what I use it for–it’s always within easy sight/reach. Last Sunday, I pounded him flat as a pancake when he brought up a past issue–and as you whack, you have to be very vocal: “Take that, whack-whack–in Jesus Name!!” Sounds silly, probably–but the flip side of silly Caddo packs a solid punch, I dare say.
Sounds like excellent whacking protocol to me – I may just have to try it! 🙂 By the way, love my visual as I picture you modeling the whacking… 😀
