Oh I just knew you were gonna go all food-science on me! Give me an hour to wake up, will ya? Then we can talk about mold or something equally scientific and edifying–ha ha ha! Which reminds me, I need to ask your advice about something re packaging food to mail…later.

Probably–if it’s late at night and I’m half asleep, and there’s some to dialog with….you know I’m a talker, so I’ll likely still be opining about something when the Lord calls me Up.
