      They are native to Siberia, so very hardy – the first to bud out and bloom here – quite sour, but with a unique flavour that goes well with morning toast! 🙂

      Very, very sour – but lovely in jam or dessert sauce! It’s a very unique flavour, a cross between blueberries and saskatoons and raspberries..
