Birthright

serpentine,

a snake in dead grass;

but now that she’s heard her song

sung over her,

she dares to lift her eyes

and claim sunshine as

her birthright.

    “Now that she’s heard her song sung over her”–wow, that speaks to me so deeply. Once that happens, we are never the same again–such joy of transformation, HIS LOVE. God bless you, dear friend–love, sis Caddo
