Grimm, Part the Second

lacytrees

Silvered stencils, lacy lore,

Frosty tales from days of yore –

Tears recycled, put to use

So fairy-tales can reproduce.

Oh wow, it’s winter here! I really love the poem–never knew how fairy tales reproduced before, so that was educational!!

  6. Normally your snowy icy photos leave me shivering but this one is so beautiful and so dainty – and as you say – lacy I couldn’t help smile at it.

And yes, it does look like lace 🙂

  9. Melody this is very clever~ still there’s a heavy accent of sadness [for me]… it’s probably the word recycle ~too modern for such beauty~ Blessings ~

🙂 I was thinking that it is so cool that the frost that is on that tree was once in an ocean or taking part in a revolution somewhere in centuries past – very medieval and fairy-talish, I thought….
