The Icicle Project

Intriguing! You manage to make an icicle seem warm and soothing.

HA! That’s because relative to the ferocious cold weather we’ve been having, a melting icicle is downright warm and soothing! 😉 Ah, well. January is over, February is short, and March should bring more tolerable temperatures. It’s almost April by my reckoning!! hehe

        That’s the spirit 🙂

I love the combination of thoughts there, melting icicle, melting in terms of love, and then the tears, which always seem to accompany love.

Thanks. I think there are a lot of layers here – I like the way this one turned out. We’re waiting with bated breath for some icicles – in the midst of another wickedly cold spell. I am starting to rethink my choice to stay in a place that makes my face hurt… 🙂

    Beautiful thoughts Melody.

      Thanks Stephen!

Well that’s a different perspective. I always thot of melting icicles as a bad thing.

IT all depends on how you look at things, right? 🙂

So true. And when you see the other side, it’s not so simple.

    Ahhh…

You’re waiting for the thaw, aren’t ya? ME TOO. 😉

      1. RoSy

        Waiting…and waiting…impatiently 😉

      2. melodylowes

Ah, well. January is behind us, February is a short one, and March is around the corner. Heck, by my calculations, it’s almost April right now! hehehe

      3. RoSy

Ha – I like the way you think!

      4. melodylowes

Hmmm – I’d better buy some garden seeds! 😉

Oh my word, Miss Agnes–now that’s a gorgeous poem, and mesmerizing photo. 5-Star and then some.

      Thank you, Mirada!
