Savour the Sunshine

Dabs of  pure white in a forest of green,

 last blooms of summer with wintry sheen;

fall into autumn with ice at your heels,

savour the sunshine  and how living feels.

    I’m wondering if you might include the name of the flowers you photograph–this inquiring mind always wants to know!

    Well, I “hovered” my mouse over the white blossoms, and it just says “white”. So, is the flower called Spotted Dead Nettle–or am I hovering incorrectly? Hope I’m not trying your patience, but I confess I’m a dweeb…

      Sorry – my older ones all had the flower names, and some of the newer ones don’t because the name was already taken – I’ll have to start calling them ‘spotted dead nettle No. 3 in blue’ or something to get around that. 🙂
