Mummified

Mummified in icy tomb, Petrified in snowy case; Sleeping deep in winter’s womb, Snuggled down ‘neath quilted lace. Drowser, nap the cold away, Tucked and bundled in your bed; Dream of Spring’s approaching day As  fairer visions fill your head. * The irony, the irony!  The common name of this plant?  “Snow in Summer”…

This one fairly drips, doesn’t it? 🙂

      1. Caddo Veil

I didn’t notice the drips, unless the snow/ice is melting…

Melody? Please pray for Debbie tonight–it’s a scary one for her, and she needs reinforcements. Thank you, on her behalf.

Got this late – but time is nothing in warp-speed hands, so I’m on it! 🙂

Thank you so much–I think they’re resting up, but will check in with her in awhile.

So delicate and fragile looking somehow, in the snow! Thanks for such lovely pics and words for us to think on!
