Melody, I had an epiphany as I read this. You see such height in the most minute treasures of creation. In this respect, we are kindred spirits, I think. But I am starting to suspect that you are a faerie princess of the icy Northern realm of the Shire. For such magic as yours is often found frozen in glaciers formed at the beginning of the world… 🙂 Eric

Now THAT sounds like a novel waiting to be written! 🙂 Thanks for your continued support and encouragement, Eric – you know how important that is for our writing…

This definitely captures the essence of burden, Melody.

Burdens are so common – each different, each painful to bear….

      1. Caddo Veil

ALL Heavy, that’s for sure–which is why we’re called to help each other bear them, eh?

      2. melodylowes

Exactly! AND – I so often forget that there is One who is ready to help me, only for the asking…

So interesting that you should say that, as I was watching Pastor Joseph Prince today–and he made the point that the “lost sheep” must CONSENT to be found, lifted up, carried, saved. Good one, eh?

        Indeed!

Melody, this is pure elegance! I love the white dusted needles and the message of hope.

No matter what the journey, there is always hope on the other side. Your posts are great!

      Thank you very much!

I often think about burdens when I see the bushes all bent over with snow. Thank you, Melody, for helping us pray free of them!

Some bend more than others… thanks Debbie!
