Growing Aristocracy

Sometimes life just slips in slow, hesitant, on feet of crepe; self-doubt-dressed, with head hung low, apologetic for its shape. Little one, lift up your eyes, dare to claim the legacy Your Maker saw as noble prize, growing aristocracy.

Wow, I love this stuff, Mel. I like crepe feet, but I especially love “self-doubt-dressed”–that was my uniform for most of my life…but as we know, I’ve got the glitter thing goin’ on now (thank You, Lord!). God bless you–love, sis Caddo

Gotta love that grace-bling! 🙂 I’m slowly recognizing and changing my uniform, too – a tedious process, but I can’t wait to see what I get to wear instead!!

It’s way exciting–and all elastic waists (or muu-muu’s)! No more binding and pinching so we can’t breathe, and have to suck everything in…

        Ha! Now, THAT is glory!

I knew you’d go for it!
