which bind drop to drop

as your tears fall

like rain (showers

from heaven)

will hold you together

when you most feel

like you are

coming apart

This is great, Mel–I love the word “cohesion”, it fills me with a sense of security; and your poem indeed offers peace–and strength. God holds things together when I just can’t seem to keep a grip on them. God bless you BIG today–love, Cj

I’m always amazed at the resilience of the human spirit under incredibly difficult circumstances. I love those examples of people who can rise above and become all the better for what they have endured.

You’re an awesome Poet Melody. You manage to say so much with so few words. Loved this! And the word cohesion is a favorite of mine. It’s just one of those delicious words. 🙂
