You
risk being
burned when you
turn soul to sun.
You
lay all on
love’s line when
you don’t wear your
shades.
Your
skin is exposed
and you don’t use
your lotion…
You
face life
stripped down,
 and you make me
hungry…

That.. color *gasp* O_O nice picture. It inspires me a lot! I might add it to my face-canvas tomorrow 🙂
Cool! Glad you liked it! 🙂
I might seem silly but the end of the poem made me laugh a little. It just sounds funny to me, what?
xoxo
I meant that this plant in its being simply itself, in its openness, in its courage to expose itself to the world, made me ‘hungry’ for that attitude in my own life. Does that make better sense? 🙂
Of course, I should’ve known it’s something way deeper than just a basic instinct 🙂 I’m hopelessly silly 🙂
You should find my poem called ‘Do Blondes Really Have More Fun?” ha ha Maybe you were having a ‘blonde’ moment. Of course, I can’t imagine understanding a menu in another language, let alone poetry. So I will tease you with admiration in my eyes! 🙂
Oh, I’m having so many of those blonde moments lately 🙂
And your teasing is always welcome 🙂
So – do you really have more fun than I do? 🙂
The notion of “fun” is different to everyone.
I do have a lot of fun when I make fun of myself though so I guess I could beat you on that 🙂
inspiring..and the photo looks lovely
Thank you very much!
